"I was referred to Nasheen by a co-worker, Olga, after repeatedly having to return to my regular mechanic in Farragut for repairs, often on work they had just performed. I called him at 7:30 in the evening and he immediately picked up the phone even though his business was closed, and gave me an appointment for 10:00 the next morning. This man and his employees invested 1 hour of their time, their very valuable time, because they are obviously highly skilled mechanics, to go over my Jeep and even show me things that needed to be redone, repaired or were of concern. He was extremely patient and very clear, pointing out visually the things that I needed to have my mechanic fix, again! Were not these things still under warranty by my previous mechanic, and not wanting to pay for the same repair twice obviously, I would just turn over my vehicle to Trend Motors to address and fix everything. Absolutely 100%, of any future repairs to my Jeep that do not fall under a warranty issue, Trend Motors, Nasheen, will be my mechanic. Thank you so much for your time and your decency.
